President Tinubu In South Africa in Preparation For Ramaphosa’s Swearing-In

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is in South Africa to felicitate with the newly elected President, Cyril Ramaphosa in preparation for his swearing-in ceremony.

In September 2023 Tinubu and Ramaphosa met at the United Nations General Assembly and ideas were raised on how to deepen the economic relationship between the West African and South African nations.

However, late Tuesday evening, President Tinubu arrived at Pretoria, Waterkloof Air Force Base.

Speaking at their meeting, President Ramaphosa said, that South Africa and Nigeria have a bilateral relationship with a common vision on politics and economic promotion.
