President Buhari swearing in four permanent secretaries

President Buhari at the beginning of the Federal Executive council meeting at the state house today (30th September 2020) conducted a swearing in ceremony for four newly appointed permanent secretaries.

The three men and a woman sworn-in include, Mr. James Sule from Kaduna; Mr. Ismaila Abubakar from Kebbi; Mrs. Ibiene Patricia Roberts from Rivers, and Mr. Shehu Aliyu Shinkafi from Zamfara.
