Police Arrest PoS Robbers In Oghara

A 27-year-old Moses Musa from Kogi State that specializes in robbing PoS operators had been nabbed by police in Delta State.

On June 5, 2023, policemen attached to the Mosogar division were on patrol when they caught Moses Musa and two others, Kelin and Isah, along Mosogar/Oghara expressway.

The PoS robbers on sighting the police patrol team ran into a nearby bush but were given a hot chase by the police.

Moses Musa was caught with a locally made pistol and a live cartridge while the other two suspects escaped into the bush.

The police public relations officer for Delta State Command, DSP Bright Edafe stated that on interrogation, Moses Musa confessed that he is from Kogi State and that the three of them specialized in PoS robbery.

Also along Oghara/Mosogar bridge, Moses Musa was reportedly identified as a victim whose motorcycle was recently snatched at gunpoint.

Edafe affirmed that the suspect is in custody, while an investigation is ongoing.
