NLC Converge Emergency Meeting Over Ajearo Police Invitation

An emergency meeting has been slated for today where the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) would converge to discuss the invitation Nigerian police sent to their president.

The meeting, which is scheduled for 8 am today, will have the National Executive Council (NEC) sit at Olaitan Oyerinde Hall at the Labour House to discuss the allegations of terrorism financing on Joe Ajearo.

Emmanuel Ugboaja, the Secretary General of NLC, was the one who sent a notice to all heads of affiliates and state chapters of NLC to be on the ground.

Late last night, police headquarters sent an invitation to NLC President Ajaero for connection with criminal conspiracy, terrorism financing, treasonable felony, subversion, and cybercrime.
