NERC, NOA To Hold complaints Resolution Meeting In Delta

Residents in Delta state with huge estimated bills and unresolved electricity issues have been provided with the opportunity to address them, as the Nigerian electricity regulatory commission NERC, in collaboration with the National Orientation Agency is organizing a 3-day complaints resolution meeting in the state.

In a statement made available to newsmen by state director of the NOA,Chris Ayabuine, the session which will run from the 23rd to the 25th of May, is designed to resolve complaints on the spot, as well as create awareness about the rights and obligation of electricity consumers.

He called on Deltans to take advantage of the window which will take place at Eleganza hall, along Summit road Asaba from 10am to resolve all their lingering electricity disputes.
