Muhammadu Buhari’s Burial Shifted to Tuesday

The late former president Muhammadu Buhari’s burial has been shifted from Monday to Tuesday as his remains are yet to arrive in Nigeria.

This was confirmed by the former aide to the late president, Bashir Ahmad, on his X handle on Monday, stating that Buhari’s body will arrive in Katsina by noon on Tuesday, while the burial will take place in Daura at 2 p.m. the same day.

Sources from London had earlier disclosed that the logistics put in place for the deceased’s body didn’t go through; therefore, the earliest flight from London to Nigeria is Tuesday morning or afternoon.
