Mohbad: Court Remands Naira Marley, Sam Larry In Custody

A magistrate court sitting in Sabo, Yaba area of Lagos state has remanded Abdulazeez Fashola (Naira Marley), Samson Eletuon  (Sam Larry) on Wednesday in police custody over the death of Ireoluwa Oladimeji Aloba, Mohbad.

Naira Marley, Sam Larry and two others were to be remanded for 30 days pending the completion of the police investigation but Justice Adeola Olatunbosun gave them 21 days.

The chief magistrate held that the suspects should be given access to their lawyers and any medical attention.

The charges are conspiracy and suspected murder.
