Lionsgate has unveiled the first look teaser trailer for the highly anticipated movie titled “Michael”. Michael is the cinematic portrayal of the life and legacy of one of the most influential artists the world has ever known. It is the story of the famous musician Michael Jackson, known as the King of Pop.

The film tells the story of Michael Jackson’s life beyond the music, following his younger years as the lead of the Jackson Five and upbringing leading into stardom. The movie highlights his life off-stage and some of the most iconic performances from his early solo career. Jaafar Jackson, Michael’s real-life nephew plays the role of Micheal in the movie and this is his film debut.

 

 

Michael is directed by award-winning American filmmaker Antoine Fuqua, produced by Graham King, John McClain, John Branca. Screenplay is written by John Logan.

Michael movie will be in theaters from April 24th, 2026.
