Medical Director Of Optimal Cancer Care, Found Guilty Of Rape

Medical director of Optimal Cancer Care Foundation, Doctor Olufemi Olaleye has been found guilty by the Ikeja Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence Court, Lagos, for raping his wife’s niece.

The judge of the court, Justice Rahman Oshodi said evidence from the victim and that of the doctor that examined her shows no difference.

Further stating in his judgement, Oshodi notes that the messages exchanged on WhatsApp and email where the doctor confessed to the act, was enough evidence.

Also, the statement and undertaking Olayele wrote and signed alongside his lawyer, Olalekan Buruji with his NBA seal at Anthony Police Station, showed he raped the victim and forced her to suck his manhood.

Olayele was therefore found guilty of defiling a 15-year-old minor following the evidence before the court which corroborated with that of the victim and sentenced to life imprisonment.
