LP Gives Peter Obi 48 Hours To Resign Or Face Sack

Following the political coalition of various political leaders to dethrone the current administration come 2027, the Labour Party faction led by Julius Abure has issued a 48-hour ultimatum to Peter Obi to formally resign from the party.

In a statement released by the LP party spokesperson on Thursday, Obiora Ifoh, it stands that the African Democratic Congress coalition that Peter Obi has sworn allegiance to is totally rejected by the party, as it is just a gathering of recycled, desperate, and frustrated politicians.

Yesterday, in a tweet, Peter Obi reiterated his commitment to sacrificing for the nation as he formally congratulated Senator David Mark, who will serve as ADC National Chairman, and H.E. Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, who will serve as the National Secretary.
