Former Pakistani Prime Minister, Shot In A Protest

The former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan has been shot and wounded in his left leg in a suspected assassination attack.

Khan was attacked while leading a protest march in Islamabad, the country’s capital city, demanding snap elections on Thursday.

The ex-PM was rushed away from the scene while his camp said he had survived the assassination attempt.
