Former Aviation Minister And Brother Arraign In Court Over Fraud

Former Aviation Minister Hadi Sirika alongside his brother Ahmad Abubakar Sirika has been arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission before an Abuja High court over an allegation of fraud.

An A10-count charge was read to Abubakar Sirika, owner of Enginos Nigeria Limited company that handled the supposed Air Nigeria contract.

On the other hand, Hadi was charged with abuse of office by contracting 19.4 billion naira to Enginos Nigeria Limited.

The duo however pleaded not guilty on charges leveled against them.
