Amb Dbi Yinkore, has congratulated newly sworn chairman of the Delta State Football Association DFA Kenneth Nwomocha.

Speaking at the weekend in Warri, Dbi said the emergence of Nwomocha as chairman will go along way in repositioning football in the state.
