DESOPADEC reaffirms commitment to infrastructural development

The Chairman of the governing board of the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, DESOPADEC, Olorogun John Nani, has reaffirmed the board’s unwavering commitment to maintaining the commission’s developmental programs during his tenure.

Olorogun John Nani, who said this in an interview with newsmen, assured the people of the DESOPADEC mandate areas to anticipate swift transformative infrastructural and human capital development.

He highlighted that the diverse ethnic representation on the commission’s board has effectively prioritized the needs of host oil-bearing communities within the commission’s annual budget, aligning with the directives set forth by the governing board of DESOPADEC.

Nani meanwhile warned contractors that it would no longer be “business as usual” for those unable to meet project completion deadlines or deliver high-quality work.
