Delta Steel Company: Evil doers will face the law-Hon. Igbakpa

The Member Representing Ethiope East and West Federal Constituency, Hon. Ben Igbakpa has said that Deltans must work collectively to ensure the resuscitation of the Delta Steel Company, Aladja irrespective of party affiliations.

Hon Igbakpa stated this while speaking with Crown FM in Oghara, Delta state on issues surrounding the wrongs done to Aladja community and the company stating that those involved will be made to face the law.

The former Member Delta State House of Assembly and Transportation Commissioner said that the Delta Steel Company was never created to be cannibalized and that huge funds had gone into the company.

He also stated that the acquisition process was faulty and as such had negative effects on the community as “Indians are now selling lands in Urhobo-land, this will be unacceptable and justice must take its cause”.
