Delta State Government readiness to partner with youths

Governor Okowa on Wednesday reaffirmed his administration’s readiness to continue to partner with youths in the state to improve governance.

Governor Okowa disclosed this when the Delta State Caucus in the House of Representatives, led by the Minority Leader, Mr. Ndudi Elumelu, met with him at the Government House in Asaba.

Governor Okowa emphasized that Delta State’s government will ensure that regular communication with its youth continues to prevent misinformation that can lead to the further breakdown of law and order.

“We will be having town hall meetings in Warri and Asaba with select group of youth to provide a platform for the government to talk, engage and make them understand that by working together in partnership, we can improve the governance structure,” Governor Okowa said.
