Delta State Government celebrates International day of the girl child

The Delta State Government on Sunday joined the rest of the World to celebrate this year’s International Day of the Girl Child themed “My voice, our equal future”.

In a tweet, the state government affirmed its belief in the future of the girl child and its commitment in empowering the girl child for the future.

In a show of commitment to the girl child, the State Government recently launched an entrepreneurship and skills training for 450 young women in the State.
