COMTOA Reiterates Impeachment Of Former President

The Board of Trustees of Commercial Motorcycle and Tricycle Operators Association, COMTOA ,in Delta state have reiterated the that Chief Obi Nzete, former president of the association remains impeached.

Addressing a gathering of Motorcycle and tricycle operators over the weekend in Warri, Ochuko Johnson, Public Relations Officer of the body alleges, the expelled Obi Nzete, aside embezzling funds made for members of the association, also hijacked the constitution and other internal structures of the body, depriving members of various benefits including health insurance scheme from the state government.

While urging members of the public and government not to deal with the chief Nzete led faction,he stressed that the process leading to his expulsion was in tandem with the rules and regulations governing the body.

Reacting, the Association Treasurer, Prince O.k Miller described the purported removal of Obi Nzete as illegal, stressing that the allegations are figments of their imagination.

According to him, the action of the Ochuko Johnson led group, smirks of desperation from hungry power grabbers.
