Calling Nigeria Air Fraud And You Demanded 5% – Sirika To Nnaji

The former Minister of Aviation Hadi Sirika said the lawmaker that condemned the launch of Nigeria Air had demanded 5 per cent shares of the airline.

At a public hearing, Chairman of the House Committee on Aviation, Nnolim Nnaji, called the flag off of Nigeria Air a fraud during

Nnaji also gave it to Ethiopian Airlines for their role that it does not speak well of the country knowing their relationship with Nigeria.

Speaking on a national TV station on Sunday, Sirika revealed how the said lawmaker Nnajia, approached him with a demand for him and his people.

In the words of Sirika, “On the issue of Hon Nnaji who called Nigeria Air launched a fraud, I will say exactly what I told him in private when we spoke.”

He also claimed that Hon. Nnaji asked if a 5% share of Nigeria Air can be given to him to carry him and his people.

Sirika said he told the committee chairman about the bidding process which had already been owned by others.

The ex-official said Nnaji was however not specific about the “other people,” and as such they could be his family, representative members, or leadership.
