Be transparent, Okowa tells DSLCA

The Governor of Delta State, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa on Thursday charged the management of the Delta State Local Content Agency to be transparent and ensure strict adherence to the agency’s enabling law.

The Governor made this charge at the inauguration of the Director General of the Delta State Local Content Agency.

The governor also stated that the agency must embark on programmes that will help to promote local content and skills transfer in the state; facilitate the provision of local content jobs; and create more partnerships with national and international organizations.
