Ayiri Takes NDDC Boss On Tour In Ugborodo Community

As part of efforts to mitigate the challenge of ocean surge in Ugborodo Community Warri South West,  Ayiri Emami has taken the Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission NDDC, Dr. Samuel Ogbuku and his team, to Ode-Ugborodo, headquarters of the Ugborodo Federated Communities.

The visit gave the NDDC boss and his team an opportunity to carry out a firsthand assessment of the existential challenge the Community is grappling with.

Indigenes of the community who spoke, disclosed that perennial ocean surge has washed away over half of Ugborodo Community and is threatening to completely submerge the oil-rich Community.
