Actor Jimmy Odukoya Succeeds His Father As Fountain Of Life Senior Pastor

After the death of the 67-year-old pastor and founder of the Fountain of Life Church, late pastor Taiwo Odukoya, his son Jimmy Odukoya has been announced as the senior pastor to head the affairs of the church.

The new successor of Fountain of Life Church is a Nigerian actor who has played several roles, his recent movie “The Woman King” where he played the role of ‘Oba Ade’.

Jimmy a graduate of Oral Roberts University graduate is the first child of the late pastor Taiwo and Bimbo Odukoya.

The actor was announced senior pastor and chairman of the board of trustees by a member of the board during service on Sunday, September 17, with cheers of excitement from the congratulation.

“The next day we had a board meeting and we actually decided to follow the Constitution and pastor Jimmy was nominated and unanimously voted for.

”Pastor Jimmy is now our senior pastor and he is the chairman of the board of trustees. We will have an installation service on September 30.”

Walking up to the stage Jimmy thank God and the church for honoring his late father’s wishes.

“Thank you church. I thank God for the grace and strength to chart this new journey. I want to thank the board of Trustees for honouring the wishes of my late father.”
