APC Names Wike, Adeleke, Soludo Campaign Coordinators for 2027

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has included Federal Capital Territory Minister Nyesom Wike, Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke, and Anambra State Governor Chukwuma Soludo in its expanded Presidential Campaign Council ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Under the revised structure, Wike will coordinate President Bola Tinubu’s re-election campaign in Rivers State and the FCT, Soludo will oversee campaign efforts in Anambra State, and Adeleke will direct campaign operations in Osun State.

The appointments have drawn widespread political attention due to the appointees’ affiliations with rival political parties. Wike remains a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Soludo leads Anambra under the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), and Adeleke won re-election in Osun State under the Accord Party.

President Bola Tinubu is scheduled to formally inaugurate the expanded campaign council at the Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa in Abuja on Wednesday.
