My Phone Conversation Is Being Monitored – Sen Ndume

Post created on 11:35 am

On Thursday night during a TV program, Senator Ali Ndume raised concerns about the security surveillance in the country and how the federal government has been monitoring his conversations but can’t do the same with bandits and terrorists.

Making the allegations on Channels Television’s Politics Today, Ndume claimed he had been warned multiple times to be cautious about what he says on the phone because his conversations were being tracked. However, he doesn’t see it as a major concern, as the country is already in a state of distress.

He queried how he can be easily monitored while bandits and terrorists, who brandish themselves and commit atrocities on TikTok, cannot be traced despite a tracking system in Nigeria.
