In a video shared by one of the residents in Anambra, an announcer was seen sharing this information via a megaphone, advising young women to dress appropriately to avoid problems.

The public announcement was made by a man speaking in the Igbo language using a loudspeaker so that residents could understand the message, according to the video shared online, which has sparked reactions.
