Foreign Nationals Involved In Failed DRC Coup, Officials

Several persons linked to the attempted coup in the Democratic Republic of Congo, DRC on Sunday evening have been neutralized.

According to the spokesman of the DRC Army in Kinshasa,  Sylvain Ekenge the coup was led by Christian Malanga who has now been killed, by some Americans and a British man.

The spokesman also added that 40 others linked to the attack have also been arrested with four dead including Malanga.

At the North capital of the Gombe area outside the residence of the Economy Minister, Vital Kamerhe which is close to the Palais de la Nation that houses President Felix Tshisekedi’s offices, flags were burnt along with other things that were destroyed.
