Uvwie local government shuts down Dynasty Lounge

Authorities of Uvwie local government area on Wednesday night shut down Dynasty Lounge at Delta Mall, Effurun for flouting Covid-19 rules.

The lounge, upon arrival by Chairman of the LGA Ramson Onoyake and the council’s task-force on Covid-19 at past 9pm, was packed full with hundreds of fun seekers with many not having face mask on.

Onoyake who decried the carefree attitude of the people maintained that no organization or individual is above the law.
He reiterated that the ban on night clubs,lounge and cinemas still stands.
