Prince “FreshPrince” Uzoigwe
“FreshPrince” is a product of the University of Benin. He got his first radio stint during his National Youth Service in Kwara State in 2012. However, before this time he has always been passionate about all things media. He is first off a creative and studied the professionals do their magic on radio and television while growing up. Before cutting his teeth in radio presenting, FreshPrince gained major experience in media and entertainment by working with some Media/PR and Entertainment Branding organisations in Lagos, working as a Creative Content Director, blogger, social media manager and e-columnist, where he was involved in brand campaigns for P-Square, OLX, Red Bull and the Nigerian Police.
He is also an alumnus of the Broadcast Radio Masterclass in Lagos.
A member of Toastmasters International
Associate member of Nigerian Institute of Management.
In 2014, he finally decided to follow his dream to become a broadcaster, starting out as an intern at an Urban contemporary Radio in Benin city.
Currently, he’s the host of one of the most listened to radio shows among the youth demographics – The Drivetimeshow, weekdays from 3-7pm.
Within the span of his career, he has garnered some accolades for excellence in broadcasting

FreshPrince is unapologetically passionate about the media especially radio broadcasting. He is a writer, content producer, voice over artiste, social media enthusiast, fashion model and event host.
On air, FreshPrince is an amusing fellow, witty, a bit of a smartypants and has got you covered with his repertoire of great music and knowledge of pop culture.
When not on air, he enjoys travelling, watching movies, TV series, listening to good music and critiquing them as well.
