Ishola Oladimeji (also known as Shola Leads) is a radio presenter, Singer-songwriter, poet, vocal coach and voice-over artist.

Born on the 15th of November, in the city of Effurun, to the parents of Mr and Mrs Kamilu Ishola, Shola Leads is a graduate of Philosophy in the Imo State University. Owerri.

He is the co- host of the Inspirational Breakfast Show, every Monday to Friday, and the Host of the Weekend Breakfast Show, every Saturday on Crown 89.9 Fm.

He is an Indie Recording Artist, and thought leader  with years of experience, in inspiring and engineering a new paradigm in the media, religious, educational and artistic fabrics of the South-eastern region of Nigeria, (where he lived for 15years) through active participation in empowerment programs.

Being a minister of the gospel, and an entertainer, his greatest strength lies in speaking, writing, as well as creative/ strategic thinking and content development.

Shola Leads also helps to build content for political, educational, and entertainment programs on radio as he faithfully does on Crown 89.9Fm

He helps (budding) organizations to formulate and verbalize well-articulated organizational goals, action plans and establish an organizational culture.
